DESCRIPTION:The Safety and Maintenance 103 session will build from the Safety and Maintenance 101 and 102 sessions. This 103 session will include detailed information in regards to understanding the SMS scoring methodology\, and how to actively manage your BASIC scores toward actual reduction through understanding of how the points system works by Clinton Seymour who built the SMS program. This will be an excellent opportunity for both new and experienced safety and maintenance personnel to learn how to manage SMC scores through targeted application of safety practices and programs to proactively control your BASIC scores.\n\n\n\nAdditionally\, we will have our fleet maintenance experts (Matthew Kelly and Jeff Arledge) who will dive deeper on best practices related to proper fleet maintenance management with emphasis to reduce maintenance costs and improve safety outcomes for your company. \n\n\n\nWe hope to see you at this final edition of our safety and maintenance 101 through 103 sessions for the 2026 calendar year.
