Doug is focused on expanding the Foundation’s impact and positioning 43 Key Seconds as a national symbol for intentional, safe driving.
Before joining Lutzie 43, Doug held leadership roles at Ramsey MediaWorks and Covenant Logistics, with a strong background in recruiting, communications, and relationships. Known for his ability to connect and inspire, Doug is a seasoned speaker and mission-driven leader committed to creating a culture of safety—one key second at a time.
