Gulf Coast SMMC Meeting
Our goal with this session is to provide preventative and pro-active measures that will assist in a healthier lifestyle for our professional drivers. Many of our professional drivers deal with various health issues due to life on the road habits and practices. Often times lack of exercise, poor eating habits and an overall sedentary lifestyle, bring on health problems.
